You are allowed to cancel your order, on your own, any time prior to checkout, without payment. In addition to that, we will facilitate your cancellation requests directed to our customer service centre prior to dispatch of goods from our eCommerce store. The relevant refunds will be directed to your selected payment option. The processing time of the payment refund will vary based on your selected payment method.
